Weblight Ltd introduces Weblight Projects

Weblight has developed an enviable client list and reputation over its years of operation. As it has grown it has introduced staff with a much wider range of expertise and we are determined to develop the full potential of this knowledge with our clients. We have traditionally provided lighting maintenance solutions to all of our clients and have added fire alarm, emergency lighting and signs to this range with some clients. Recently we have added Hard Wire Testing as a service and this is being taken up with interest by a number of our clients. The major development in sales over the next few years is likely to be in light fitting design, supply and installation.

This is a natural extension to our services in maintenance, particularly as the replacement of energy inefficient fittings can have a major cost saving effect on our clients as well as improving their lighting. We are currently setting up a national capability in fittings installation and are talking to several of our major national clients about refit programmes that they have coming up over the next 12 months. In some instances this also involves bespoke design of fittings for particular applications that clients have and we are already receiving some very positive feedback on our designs from one client. In order to provide a complete service to clients we will be recruiting a design team to support the sales and operations teams in this work. This is a major market opportunity for the company that is enhanced by the withdrawal of the T12 fluorescent tubes from the market and the need to replace all of those fittings with other light sources. It is a further step in the aim of Weblight to becoming the leading lighting services provider to its chosen market in the UK.
