John joined the DW Group as Chief Executive following his retirement from Anglian Water in 1998 bringing all the benefits of his experience in the construction and public sector fields to an already substantial private group of companies.
Mike Thompson
Managing Director
Mike has been a Director in the DW Group since 1991. A Chartered Accountant, he has worked overseas in Senior Management positions for UK multi-nationals as well as developing small IT companies in the UK. Mike set up and developed Weblight Limited to its current position of No. 2 in the UK in its market of internal lighting maintenance.
Steve Waterhouse
Finance Director
Steve, a Chartered Accountant, joined the DW Group in May 2002. He has a wealth of experience in the industry and has previously been Finance Director of WSP (Europe), Lorne Stewart Plc and the Haden Group.
Clive Jackson
Sales & Marketing Director
Clive joined Weblight in 1999 after working for many years in the lighting specification market. His experience in the lamp and fittings specification sectors and control gear market make him ideally suited to the lighting maintenance market where he brings all of this experience together in devising appropriate solutions for lighting maintenance.
Bill Welch
Operations Director
Bill joined Weblight in January 2008 following a 5 year tenure as Deputy Managing Director of DW Lighting Ltd. His experience is predominantly within the electrical and lighting service industries holding senior management positions in both sales and operations.
