Weblight offer a broad range of services associated with lighting, designed to provide our customers with solutions specific to their requirements.

Comprehensive Contract

Our premium offer, where Weblight maintain the visual integrity of complete lighting systems.  Planned preventative maintenance in association with bulk relamping ensure lighting installations continue to look as new and intended.

For a guaranteed fixed monthly payment all maintenance materials, labour and bulk relamps are covered allowing prudent financial planning and forecasting for the contract period.  This approach is adopted by the majority of key retailers in the UK.

Reactive Maintenance

As described our services are called upon as and when a lamp or number of lamps are no longer operational.  A call to our help desk will result in an engineer visiting site and repairs being effected.  Response times and callout charges vary dependant on the contract.

Relamp Only

Project driven service, which can be targeted at specific clients, sites or areas within sites.  Our engineers will attend site and bulk relamp areas removing all old light sources from site and sending them for full recycling disposing of them in accordance with environmental legislation.
